• We offer a wide variety natural-looking trees ranging in size from 2 feet to 12 feet high, in both pre-lit and unlit versions.
Tree branches may be of wrapped, hook-on or hinged construction. Most trees feature branches made of PVC material, our
line of PE trees feature enhanced branch tips that create a truly life-like appearance. There are styles and color coordinated        
wreaths and garlands available for many of the trees offered.

Question:

• Are the artificial trees from The Christmas Outlet fire-resistant?

Answer:

• Yes, all trees, wreaths and garlands are fire-resistant and non-allergenic.

Question:

• Are the artificial trees from The Christmas Outlet guaranteed?

Answer:

• All trees, 4 feet high or taller, include a five-year manufacturer warranty. Pre-lit trees include a two-year lights warranty.
Non-warranted replacement parts are available for a nominal fee.

Question:

• If my tree needs a replacement part, what do I do?

Answer:

• Follow the instructions on the warranty card provided with the tree.

• How may I pay for my online purchases form The Christmas Outlet?

• We accept Visa, Master Card and PayPal as payment method.

• Do I have to purchase a separate tree stand for my Christmas tree?

Answer:

• No, every tree includes a sturdy metal stand.

Question:

• Can artificial Christmas trees be used outdoors?

Answer:

• No, our artificial Christmas trees are for indoor use only. There are many items from The Christmas Outlet that are suitable for outdoor
use and theyare marked accordingly. Using products outdoors that are not marked for outdoor use voids the warranty and may be hazardous.

Question:

• How do I store my tree when not in use?

Answer:

• All of our trees are packaged and shipped in a sturdy, re-usable storage carton. If you wish to store your tree by other means, and/or plan to
discard the original storage carton, be sure to copy the item number and UPC code from off the carton, as this information will be needed if
replacement parts are ever required.

Question:

• How will my item arrive?

Answer:

• Most products are shipped via FedEx or UPS. If the package is too large for those methods, an economical means of delivery will be provided.
